Basecamp 

A fun and safe way for your autistic 5-10 year old to develop social skills.   

Basecamp offers a wealth of opportunities for your child to develop skills in social communication and interaction using a variety of fun games and art and craft projects.  Through play, our experienced and nurturing staff will support your child throughout each session, guiding them through key weekly themes such as:- 

·       getting to know each other,  

·       taking turns,  

·       sharing,  

·       understanding emotions,  

·       building trust and  

·       working as a team.   

Week by week, our team will work with your child, developing their ability to cope in group settings, building their social skills and self-esteem.  These baseline skills will hopefully help your child to go on to access more opportunities within your local community.
